burglar/hold-up installation, maintenance and monitoring, within
convenience, currency exchange, financial and jewelry premises.
Require elevator, in
unattended building, transmit trouble signal off-premises.
Require emergency/exit lighting to
be maintained and periodically tested.
Require fire alarm systems, services,
maintenance and monitoring at premises of assembly, automotive,
business, care centers, chemical, day care, educational, entertainment,
flammables, hazardous, health care, lodging, meeting, mercantile, paint
shops, storage, tenants; inspected/tested semi-annually, with alarm service response within 1 hour.
Require fire sprinkler/suppression systems
monitoring of status, with quarterly scheduled inspection and test reporting, with alarm service response within 1 hour.
Require hood suppression
connected to existing fire alarm system.
Licensed workers provide services.

Locally founded, a
competitive service, bonded and insured, providing alarm design,
installation, maintenance, monitoring and response, using listed
components and local personnel, an excess of 20 years to alarm systems
and users of burglar, fire; including sprinklers, emergency lighting and
video, within industry parameters and standards, improving life and
safety within our Northwestern Illinois area, including Carroll, Jo
Daviess and Stephenson counties, and adjacent portions of Ogle and
Winnebago.
Licensed by the State of Illinois to design, install, monitor, respond,
and service alarms, members of Illinois/Stephenson County Farm Bureau
(IFB), National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB), National
Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and Northern Illinois Small Security
Contractor Association (NISSCA).

What We Do
Alarm Services are provided agriculture, business, churches,
commercial, financial, health care, industrial, public buildings, and
residences, with monitoring of access control, burglar, environment,
fire; including sprinklers, hold-up, medical, supervisory and video, all
from Freeport.
Devices & Services Provided
Alarm, Monitoring & Services
is provided from Freeport, not Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver,
Gardner, MA; Kansas City, Madison, Minneapolis, Phoenix or St.
Louis, but Freeport.
Burglar/Intrusion detection is
provided business, industrial or residential premises with multiple
individual access control identification, logging when digitally
accessing, arming or disarming the system.
Elevator Trouble Signaling as required, may be received from those
on-line with our fire systems.
Emergency/Exit Lighting remote or stand alone types, are serviced
to industry parameters.
Environmental monitoring of concerns including
humidity, outputs, pressures, status, temperatures, vacuums, etc.
Fire Alarms & Sprinkler Testing (FAST) installation, maintenance and monitoring
is available in accordance with scheduled testing and reporting
requirements of inspection authorities and loss prevention
directors/managers.

Maintenance
- Corrective is provided with labor, and material,
at reduced cost to system users on-line locally.
Maintenance
- Preventive may, within normal scheduling,
provide quarterly preventive maintenance within Stephenson County,
semi-annually outside. Scheduling may also be tailored to the desires of
the system user or standards writer(s). Systems installed have
warranties in excess of 1 year.
Personal;
Hold-Up & Medical devices to summon emergency
help may be provided for the desired response.
Supervisory
monitoring and service to listed components and devices of fire
sprinkler/suppression systems and status.
Video
installation and service to systems for management, production and
security in the varied premises of guests/hotels, manufacturing, retail
etc.
